By downloading or using Scrye, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all users of the app.
Scrye grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on any Apple device you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works of the app.
Scrye is intended for personal screen time management. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app, or interfere with its normal operation.
Scrye relies on Apple's Screen Time API and Family Controls framework. Functionality may change if Apple modifies or restricts access to these frameworks. Scrye is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.
All content, design, and code within Scrye is owned by its developer. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Scrye is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the app. Your use of Scrye is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Scrye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted in App Store release notes. Continued use of the app after a revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
